Millwall have signed a lucrative six-figure three year deal with international sport goods manufacturer Macron who will become the official supplier and the official licensee of first team, center of Excellence and replica merchandise for Millwall. The deal will commence from the start of next season 2010/2011.

Well that,s nice an Italian company developping Millwall shirts. I'd say size XXXXXXL please!

Saturday at Coldblow lane

Due to our trip to South Bermondsey, there will be no update untill somewhere on Sunday

Southampton

Only 5 months ago,it was doubtful if our first game of the season would go on. Southampton was in big problems and got -10 points due to administration things. The Saints are now playing decent and are on place 14 of The Coca Cola League 1 table with 28 points. That means that if The Saints weren,t punnished for their money problems they would have had 38 points, which is 2 points more than Millwall have now.
So we're up for a big one again. Thing is that our preformence at home is decent and Morison can find the goal more and more.
Millwall need to win to stay in the Play-Off spot race and they need to win, cause we support them. Southampton has no reason at all why they should win,so that problem is solved than.
Prediction: Millwall 2 - Southampton 2

Wednesday, January 13

Let,s celebrate!!!

West Ham have been found guilty of breaching FA rules following crowd violence at their Carling Cup match with Millwall in August.
Millwall have been cleared of all charges however and both clubs have had charges of failing to prevent racist behaviour by fans declared as ''not proven'' by an disciplinary panel.

The FA's independent regulatory commission will decide West Ham's punishment on Friday after finding the club guilty of two charges: failure to ensure their supporters refrained from violent, threatening, obscene and provocative behaviour, and failure to ensure their supporters did not enter the field of play.

West Ham face a range of possible sanctions including being forced to play games behind closed doors and a heavy fine.

The violent clashes led to 64 arrests and the stabbing of a Millwall fan outside Upton Park, and there were pitch invasions during the match.

The FA said in a statement: ''An independent regulatory commission last week heard charges issued as a result of the serious crowd disturbances in and around the West Ham United versus Millwall fixture at Upton Park on 25 August 2009.

''It was alleged that both clubs failed to ensure that their supporters conducted themselves in an orderly fashion.

''The independent regulatory commission, chaired by an independent QC, found West Ham United to be in breach of FA rules in the following respects: failure to ensure their supporters refrained from violent, threatening, obscene and provocative behaviour; failure to ensure their supporters did not enter the field of play.

''The commission will reconvene this Friday (15 January) to consider the issue of sanctions. The commission found all charges against Millwall not proven. The FA will now await the full written reasons from the independent commission before making any further comment.''

FA Cup......brave exit!!!

It wasn,t meant to be..Millwall drew at home with 1-1 after Millwall took the lead, but saw The Rams equalize in only a few minutes, the away game was a sort of a jejavu. Proud and with the heads high Millwall has to leave the FA Cup,cause Derby was a better penalty taker.BUT.....MORISON SCORED AGAIN!!!!

Tuesday, January 12

The way to Wembley??

Today millwall will travel to Pride Park Stadium for a round 3 FA Cup replay. Millwall were the better side in the home leg at The Newe Den,but forgot to make the winning goal. Our away form is nit that good this season,so I have my doubts in getting a good result. But if we can overcome the Rams a home match vs Brentford or Doncaster is waiting on the 23rd.

Come on you Lions!!!!

I don,t know how he did it but this man can see the future, looking at this work he already knew there was no ball game this weekend due to bad weather conditions.
Banksky is a British street artist, alltough if you see the red board in the right of this picture, his name looks a bit Polish...Banksky...polskie???? Anyway his works are briliant.

Millwall's match at North England or South Scotland if you like,is unlikely to take place due to weather conditions. Thursday there will be an early pitch inspection. Well due to our busy programme it,s not that bad.

Brentford or Doncaster @ home if we can overcome derby.

Millwall-Derby County photo's

Saturday FA Cup day,it was our first match in the 2010 year, and it was a nice one,FA Cup v.s. Derby. It was good to be back in SE 16 after a couple of away games with Millwall....also nice, but being back home, feels good.
With block 28 filled with many of "old" faces,Millwall played a decent game. With Grabban missing some chances and with taking too much time before the shot on goal has been fired,Millwall scored 1-0 only to hold for 3 minutes when derby already equalised. Millwall deserved to win but it wasn,t meant to be. So Millwall and Derby have to do it again at their place.
With the FA Cup 4th round draw made this afternoon at 6pm (gmt) Millwall and Derby share ball nr 27. So what will it be if we can overcome The Rams.
For a couple of years I,m hoping for Spurs. What're you hoping for?? You can leave your comment.
